We designed FLTbars to be a natural source of nutrients, plant-based protein and fiber. Our bars are satisfying and sustaining with half the sugar as many of the other leading bars on the market, meaning we give you the energy you need without the crash or the artificial ingredients. If you can't pronounce it, you shouldn't eat it.


Almonds provide healthy fats and dietary fiber, making you feel fuller longer, while providing probiotic components to improve your digestion and antioxidant flavonoids and Vitamin E to improve artery health and reduce bad cholesterol.

Hemp Protein

Hemp protein is arguably the best source of plant-based protein, because unlike other plant protein, it delivers 20 amino acids, including the nine essential amino acids that our bodies cannot produce on their own. It is full of healthy omega fatty acids and fiber, and the protein helps to build muscles and boost metabolism.


Dates contain some of the highest antioxidant counts per volume and are a good source of potassium while being low in sodium, which helps to regulate blood pressure and flush out toxins. They deliver fuel to the body through carbohydrates, and their low glycemic index helps regulate blood sugar levels.


Raisins are one of the few plant-based sources of iron, which the body uses to make proteins and transport oxygen. They are also a good source of fiber and antioxidants, including phytonutrients, which help flush toxins and prevent cell damage.


Coffee is known for its impact on increasing alertness and elevating mental and physical performance, but the bean also packs a high level of antioxidants, including polyphenols that are linked to higher immunity.

Coffee Fruit

Compared to popular super fruits like açaí berries and blueberries, coffee fruit has a higher level of antioxidants, fiber, protein and polyphenols. While it delivers natural caffeine and energy, it is also lower in sugar than other berries.

Cocoa Powder

Cocoa is rich in magnesium, a mineral needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in our bodies, including processes key to muscle and nerve function. Beyond adding a chocolatey flavor, cocoa is also a good source of iron and antioxidants.

Sunflower Lecithin

Sunflower Lecithin comes from sunflower seeds and contains phospholipids and choline connected to brain health and neural cell repair. It can also boost heart health by balancing fat levels in the bloodstream, reduce inflammation and stimulate the immune system.
